I haven’t done a product review in a long time, so I think that this one is overdue. Now that I am the mother of a beautiful daughter, I’m having fun doing all of the girl things I haven’t been able to do with my son. One of those things is hair. I love doing my daughter’s hair!

My daughter was born with a thick head of hair and her hair gets longer every day. As a result, I have been on the lookout for the safest and most natural products to use on her hair. In caring for her hair, I started with using Johnson & Johnson’s natural baby shampoo and no conditioner. The shampoo completely dried her hair out. Shortly after, I went to Carol’s Daughter to find an alternative. I was pleasantly surprised to find Carol’s Daughter’s Children’s shampoo and conditioner. Here is an example of us using the products.

I absolutely love Carol’s Daughter’s children’s hair care line. The only negative about the line is the shampoo and conditioner are not tear free. You have to hold the baby’s head back to make sure the soap does not drip down into their eyes. Other than that, I love it! After I wash her hair, my daughter’s hair feels moisturized and her curls look extra silky without looking and feeling greasy. I also use Carol’s Daughter’s Tui Oil for daily moisture, and I love it. It has a light scent and it isn’t greasy.

If you’re looking for a great hair care product for your little one, Carol’s Daughter is a great choice. It is pricey for children’s shampoo, but I believe it is worth the cost!
