I first learned about Miss Zee from Facebook. I saw an advertisement of one of the book bags, and I always wanted to purchase one. Miss Zee sells book bags, decor and stationary with African-American characters on them. Now that my youngest is going to kindergarten in September, I decided to give Miss Zee a try.

Well, my daughter’s book bag arrived in the mail last week, and I’m in love. I am very satisfied with the quality of the bag. The quality of the bag is no different from the Black Panther book bag I purchased for my son at Kohl’s. I absolutely love the image of the little black girl on the back. I think it is a great self-esteem builder for black girls having images similar to themselves on their possessions. The size of the bag is great. The price is reasonable. I am very pleased, and my little girl is elated. She can’t wait to wear her Miss Zee bookbag to school.

I was also pleasantly surprised by the Miss Zee coloring book included in the package. The coloring book contains many images of black girls and even includes awesome stickers. I would recommend Miss Zee to any parent wanting to send their child off to school with African-American inspired school supplies.
