One of the privileges blogging provides me is the opportunity to try out great new products. After seven years of blogging and reviewing products, I have yet to be disappointed.

CSI Gypsum3D™ sent me products from Silk Flowers Direct, and I am impressed. Usually, I’m an advocate for real flowers and real plants. I used to have many plants in my house, but my move back to Maryland killed many of them. Real flowers and plants can also be costly. I love fresh flowers in my house every now and then, but they only last a week or two at most. Adrienne Bailon Houghton recently gave a tour of her beautiful home, and she talked about purchasing fresh flowers weekly, but it became too costly. Instead, she uses silk flowers.

If you’re like Adrienne and want to keep costs down, then Silk Flowers Direct is an awesome site to use. My silk plant came yesterday, and I love it. It’s full. The color is beautiful. It doesn’t look cheap, and the pot and presentation are excellent. I’m very happy. I love real plants and will do a mix of silk and real, but they’ve definitely opened my eyes to the convenience and beauty of silk flowers and plants.
